Received Defective/Wrong Product?
If you have received defective product/wrong product by DesiDeals.pk mistake, or the product is not as per the mentioned description on the website:
- We will exchange the product with same or different product or we will give you refund (read refund policy and charges below)
- You will send defective / wrong product to us through any courier service (i.e TCS, Leopards courier, Blue-ex courier, OCS, etc)
- After receving defective/wrong parcel we will exchange or issue refund as per our policy
You Didn't Like the Product?
If you have received correct product and you didn't like the product then:
- You can exchange it with any other product or get refund (read refund policy and charges below)
- You will have to send the parcel back to us, parcel sending charges will be bear by you
- After receving parcel we will exchange or issue refund as per our policy
If you want refund then following conditions apply:
- Refund will be issued within 5 working days of receiving product back
- 20% Service Charges will be deducted from the order amount and rest will be refunded
- Refund will only be issued via Easy Paisa, Mobi Cash, or any other similar funds sending services.
- Easy Paisa service charges will be deducted from refund amount
Before Applying for Return / Refund!
- You Apply for Return/Refund within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with all the accessories (if any), in same condition as we sent it to you
- Product has Return/Refund policy, if any product doesn't have return/refund policy then it would be mentioned on product details page
Note: Above Return/Refund doesn't apply on imported items such as Jewelry, Hand Bags, Stitched Suits, Trousers & Pants, Hair Clips, Pools.
