Received Defective/Wrong Product?

If you have received defective product/wrong product by DesiDeals.pk mistake, or the product is not as per the mentioned description on the website:

  1. We will exchange the product with same or different product or we will give you refund (read refund policy and charges below)
  2. You will send defective / wrong product to us through any courier service (i.e TCS, Leopards courier, Blue-ex courier, OCS, etc)
  3. After receving defective/wrong parcel we will exchange or issue refund as per our policy

You Didn't Like the Product?

If you have received correct product and you didn't like the product then:

  1. You can exchange it with any other product or get refund (read refund policy and charges below)
  2. You will have to send the parcel back to us, parcel sending charges will be bear by you
  3. After receving parcel we will exchange or issue refund as per our policy

Refund Policy

If you want refund then following conditions apply:

  1. Refund will be issued within 5 working days of receiving product back
  2. 20% Service Charges will be deducted from the order amount and rest will be refunded
  3. Refund will only be issued via Easy Paisa, Mobi Cash, or any other similar funds sending services.
  4. Easy Paisa service charges will be deducted from refund amount

Before Applying for Return / Refund!

Make sure:

  1. You Apply for Return/Refund within 3 days of delivery
  2. Product must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with all the accessories (if any), in same condition as we sent it to you
  3. Product has Return/Refund policy, if any product doesn't have return/refund policy then it would be mentioned on product details page

Note: Above Return/Refund doesn't apply on imported items such as Jewelry, Hand Bags, Stitched Suits, Trousers & Pants, Hair Clips, Pools.
